Virtual Trainer

The portable version of the famous patented Myrtha™ system and used at the 2012 USA Olympic Trials. OneLane (up to six swimmers with different paces and colors to follow) is only $3400. If you want more lanes later you can upgrade for the difference. You will fall in love with this system and wonder how you ever trained without it! Your swimmers will always be on the right pace, with the right cadence, and now at the right pulse rate. That’s right: this Virtual Trainer knows your pulse rate and changes color if you are too fast or slow. This is real training and what used to cost over $10,000 and used only at Olympic Training Centers, now starts at $3400 for six swimmers in one lane on your team.

This is the complete system for mobile installations designed specifically for teams who can’t leave the Virtual Trainer in the pool all the time. Setup and cleanup takes just a couple minutes. Control the pace and now the pulse of your athletes with you computer, ipad, Phone, etc. Permanent installations are done by Myrtha, but we have the exclusive rights for the affordable mobile versions throughout North America.

You can use your own PC, etc. or there is an option to purchase the Virtual Trainer with the computer with the Virtual Trainer 2 software already installed. Multicolor version is ideal to give the opportunity to more athletes to train at the same time in the same lane, even from different specialities and with different training programs. The LEDs of different colors are used to connect the individual athlete to the color of the LED. Athletes are highly motivated. You can program the VT to any size pool -- so if you’re a triathlete training in your backyard or Endless Pool, etc. or a coach who has a 33 yard pool all we have to change is the math. The pace is what you want -- fun, progressive, scientific, and adaptable. You don’t have to have Phelps in your pool to race him each and every day in practice. More important, you can race yourself and achieve mastery one lap, one stroke, even one heartbeat at a time.

Versions available

The number and type of system components differ according to the selected kit. To offer more flexibility and to facilitate the needs of athletes and coaches are 4 kit version Multicolor and 4 for the version Monocolor. The differences in the length of the strip LED, 25 or 50 meters and the option to buy with or without a PC supplied with the software pre-loaded.
The controller of the fixed basic kit can control up to 8 lanes of the same length that can be purchased separately.
